Teaching is a difficult task. It requires leader teacher to build an effective classroom environment. To be efficient in class, it him create teaching strategies which consider successful ingredients improve the goodness of education .Successful builds rational thinking for competent based innovative education. Cognitive activation strategy one 21st century stimulate process learning opportunities students educated. This generates environment where can grasp range meanings. determines what happened high –goodness prepare teachers innovate this .In addition, plan improving quality guarantee achievement and attain their aims. The present study aims at finding out effect CA on Iraqi EFL university students' writing skill Baghdad private university, namely Al-Sadiq academic year 2019/2020.The population were 2nd college students, male female, samples (80 students) selected two classes experimental groups control group. used quasi-experimental design. Data collection method was taken testing write well-organized paragraphs English according topics. results showed that face difficulties commit errors .Moreover ,they need more training mechanics get rid these problems.
